Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document care in the patient record.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and functional goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care.
- Ensure compliance with licensure requirements, safety standards, and documentation practices (including BLS when applicable).

Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (Oregon).
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specified unit specialty within the last 3 months.
- Ability to work effectively in an outpatient setting.
- Willingness to travel and participate in a temporary assignment beginning on the stated start date.
