Physical Therapist in a hospital setting with both inpatient and outpatient services in Plentywood, MT, United States. Start date: 07/06/2026 for 17 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,194–$2,335 per week with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shift: Days. This travel - temporary assignment supports a busy therapy department delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services across multiple care settings.

Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Implement physical therapy interventions for orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and pediatric conditions; utilize modalities as appropriate (pelvic health therapy, hydrotherapy, dry needling, etc.).
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to coordinate care, set goals, and adjust treatment plans.
- Document patient progress in medical records, communicate findings to the care team, and support discharge planning and referrals to home care or school-based services as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and post-discharge expectations; participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives as needed.

Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; ability to travel and adapt to multiple care settings (inpatient and outpatient).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work in a hospital-based therapy environment across diverse patient populations.
