Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week travel assignment in Glendive, Montana, United States. Start date: 05/18/2026. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week with days shifts. Weekly pay range: $2,149–$2,266 per week. Setting: long-term care / nursing home environment.

Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ functional limitations and develop PT treatment plans for an older adult population in a long-term care setting.
- Plan and implement skilled PT interventions, including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, transfers, and functional mobility activities.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document evaluations, goals, and daily notes per facility policy.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support care plans, progress notes, and discharge planning.
- Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, fall prevention, and home exercise programs; communicate changes to the care team.
- Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards; maintain accurate documentation in the medical records.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Montana (in good standing)
- Ability to work days shifts in a long-term care setting
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to perform lift and transfer assistance per facility policies; comfortable with geriatric care
