Overview
Physical Therapist, General, Fargo, North Dakota. This travel - temporary assignment starts 09/14/2026 and runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours guaranteed per week. Shifts are days in a long-term care rehabilitation setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,011 to $2,083 per week.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments to determine resident needs and progress.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for residents, focusing on functional mobility and independence.
- Provide effective physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and mobility training as appropriate.
- Monitor resident progress, document treatment sessions in the medical record, and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate residents and families on home exercise programs, safety, fall prevention, and discharge planning.
- Ensure safety during therapy sessions, adhere to infection control protocols, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota or eligible for licensure in North Dakota
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- 1 year of PT experience in geriatric or long-term care rehabilitation preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting
