Overview
Physical Therapist, General specialty, Helena, Montana, starting 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,752 to $1,896 per week, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Day shift. This travel temporary assignment occurs in a long-term care (LTC) facility setting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Reassess progress regularly, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes and plan of care
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to coordinate care, communicate progress, and support discharge planning
- Ensure safe patient handling, adherence to documentation standards, and regulatory compliance during all treatments

Requirements
- Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active physical therapy license in the United States; Montana licensure or eligibility preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting and participate in a day shift
- Strong communication and documentation skills; willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment in Helena, MT
