Screen, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment programs for patients
Design effective occupational therapy treatment plans and goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Meet productivity expectations while maintaining quality care standards
Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing
Apply clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to support patient progress
Perform additional duties as assigned
Current Occupational Therapist licensure as required by Oregon Board of Occupational Therapy
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
