Skills & Abilities

  • Screen, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment programs for patients

  • Design effective occupational therapy treatment plans and goals

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Meet productivity expectations while maintaining quality care standards

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing

  • Apply clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to support patient progress

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Current Occupational Therapist licensure as required by Oregon Board of Occupational Therapy

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required

  • Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
