Overview
Occupational Therapist (Travel) – Occupational Therapy in Plentywood, Montana. Start date 07/16/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,211-$2,369 per week with 35 guaranteed hours. Shift: Days. Setting: hospital-based rehabilitation department providing inpatient and outpatient services.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Develop and implement individualized OT plans of care focusing on activities of daily living, functional mobility, independence, and discharge planning
- Conduct ongoing reassessments, document progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with the rehab team (physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing) to coordinate care and communicate patient status
- Deliver OT services across a caseload that may include orthopedic, neurological, developmentally delayed pediatric, and musculoskeletal-related needs; participate in home care and local school visits as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, safety, and activity modifications to support continued progress

Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license (state-specific licensure) with eligibility for Montana licensure if not currently licensed in MT
- Experience providing OT in inpatient and outpatient rehab settings; exposure to orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting with both inpatient and outpatient services
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment and to operate in a coverage model that may include home and school visits as part of caseload
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
