Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans for adults in the acute care setting.
- Implement and adjust OT interventions focused on activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists to optimize care and ensure safe patient transitions.
- Document progress, goals, and outcomes in the electronic medical record; communicate clearly with the care team and families.
- Promote patient safety, infection control, and education to support optimal recovery and discharge readiness.

Requirements
- Active OT license in Montana or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
- Ability to work in an acute care environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in documenting in an electronic medical record and communicating effectively with team members and patients’ families
