This travel OT role is a temporary assignment supported by Healthforce Healthcare LLC. The position focuses on evaluating and treating residents in a long-term care environment requiring acute care OT skills. The assignment is with a skilled rehabilitation team in a licensed long-term care setting in Belle Fourche, SD.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
- Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, dexterity, and functional independence
- Provide gait training, balance activities, upper-extremity therapy, and adaptive equipment training as appropriate
- Document patient progress in the medical record and communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in discharge planning, home safety recommendations, and caregiver education
- Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to facility policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license or evidence of eligibility to obtain licensure in the United States (assignment state licensure preferred)
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- 1+ year of experience in long-term care or acute care settings preferred
- Ability to work a 36-hour per week schedule (Days shift) and participate in a travel assignment
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
