Overview
Occupational Therapist – Acute Care, Marshall, MN. Start date 06/14/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. Weekly pay range is $2,042–$2,212 with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Shift: 5x8 Days (Mon–Fri, 8:00–4:30). This travel position is temporary and includes onboarding for this location, estimated at 4 weeks.

Responsibilities
- Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute care rehabilitation needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence.
- Reassess patient progress regularly and adjust goals; document outcomes in patient records.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies, positioning, and equipment use.
- Ensure documentation, billing, and regulatory requirements are met within the care setting.

Requirements
- Active occupational therapist license in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a 5x8 day shift.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.
- Experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
