Overview
Occupational Therapist, Acute Care, Belle Fourche, South Dakota. This travel assignment begins 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks in a long-term care setting. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with a day shift. Weekly pay ranges from $1,905 to $2,078 per week.

Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to identify functional limitations and goals for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living, mobility, and independence.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and therapeutic activities tailored to the resident’s needs and safety.
- Document progress, goals, and outcomes in the resident’s chart and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support discharge planning and transition of care.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on home programs and safety strategies; ensure infection control and safety standards.

Requirements
- Active occupational therapist license in good standing (state-specific licensure or eligibility per local requirements)
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience or comfort working in a long-term care setting and with adult populations
- Ability to work in a daytime, 36-hour-per-week schedule in a clinical setting
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and adapt to a new facility within the region
