Bring preventive healthcare directly to patients where they live. This W-2 Temporary/Seasonal role is a project-based assignment supporting in-home clinical operations across Kentucky, with scheduled patient visits focused on preventive care, health assessments, care-gap support, and accurate clinical documentation.
This is a statewide Kentucky travel position. Travel requirements and assignments may change throughout the project based on patient volume, patient availability, geographic coverage needs, and other business requirements.
This is a variable-hours position with no guaranteed minimum number of hours per week. Weekly schedules and hours may increase or decrease throughout the assignment depending on available work.
This temporary/seasonal project is expected to continue through January 2027. Employment beyond the project period is not guaranteed. Based on continued business needs, performance, and availability, the assignment may be extended or renewed by mutual agreement.
You’ll succeed in this role by combining strong Medical Assistant fundamentals with the flexibility required for mobile, project-based care. You’ll work independently across Kentucky, provide reliable clinical support during in-home visits, maintain accurate documentation, and adapt as patient volume and geographic needs change throughout the assignment.

Urrly is a portfolio-wide executive search partner for lower middle market private equity firms.
We help PE-backed companies execute faster by hiring target-state leaders. These are executives who have already scaled the exact type of business your portfolio company is becoming.
Our work is most concentrated in operationally complex sectors, including healthcare services and regulated business models, where execution mistakes are expensive and leadership gaps surface quickly.
Traditional executive search optimizes for access and pedigree. Urrly optimizes for execution.
The result is lower leadership risk, faster time-to-impact, and improved exit readiness across the portfolio.
