The role
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Travel Manager (80%) to join our External Affairs team in Geneva for a two-year period.
This is a pivotal, hands‑on role responsible for managing MMV’s global travel operations end‑to‑end, with a strong focus on duty of care, security, service quality, and cost control.
This position is ideal for a travel professional who thrives in complexity, remains calm under pressure, a d takes pride in delivering high‑touch support to travelers operating in challenging environments.

You will manage and coordinate all aspects of travel for MMV staff, Board members, partners, consultants, and guests, ensuring that every journey is compliant, safe, and fit for purpose. Your responsibilities will include:
