This role requires a self-starter who can own and execute all aspects of a government travel program with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of a federal travel program including booking, logistics, and compliance in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and GSA per diem and lodging schedules across a high-volume traveler pool
  • Author, maintain, and continuously improve a formal Travel Intake Plan, including request forms, urgent booking procedures, and monthly reporting deliverables submitted to the government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)

  • Perform booking, auditing, and reconciliation functions within federal travel platforms

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of FTR compliance, reimbursement requirements, and government reporting standards
