Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Travel assignment in Utica, New York. Start date: 06/23/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,458–$1,524. Guaranteed hours: 37.5. Shift: Days, 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (5x8 schedule). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nursing care to adult residents under the supervision of an RN
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with orders and facility policy
- Monitor vital signs, perform focused assessments, and document observations in the EMR
- Support activities of daily living and resident mobility, including memory care needs and orthopedics-related care
- Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate promptly to the supervising RN
- Float to all units within the building as needed, while maintaining safety and infection control standards

Requirements
- Current New York Licensed Practical Nurse license (active)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility and float to multiple units within the same building
- Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred; on-site training provided if needed

Education
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse, state of New York
