Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, Sistersville, West Virginia. Start date 08/27/2026 for an eight-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range $1,183–$1,284 per week with guaranteed hours of 36. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor residents per care plans and physician orders
- Perform basic nursing procedures under supervision of a registered nurse
- Assess residents, document findings, and support care plan updates
- Provide wound care, hygiene assistance, and routine treatments as delegated
- Respond to call lights, ensure resident safety, and maintain infection control standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate timely and appropriate care

Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in West Virginia or eligible for licensure
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and commit to an 8-week assignment
- Experience in or willingness to work in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Basic charting and documentation skills for electronic health records
- Ability to follow care plans, adhere to safety protocols, and work in a fast-paced environment
