Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care travel assignment in Keene, New Hampshire. Start date 09/01/2026 for an 8-week engagement with 32 guaranteed hours per week on a night shift (5x8 Nights). Weekly pay ranges from $1,293 to $1,371 per week. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, under supervision as required.
- Administer medications and carry out treatments according to physician orders and care plans; document accurately.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, identify changes, and report clinical updates to the supervising nurse.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and contribute to the development and modification of individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain patient safety, administer procedures with accuracy, and uphold infection control and perioperative standards.
- Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, therapists, and social services to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care during overnight shifts.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (state of assignment or as required for the role).
- Ability to work the night shift (23:00–07:30) and meet the guaranteed hours per week.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Comfortable providing care in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment.
- Commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and honoring resident care plans.
