Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (Long Term Care) — Travel assignment in Skowhegan, Maine. Start date 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,293–$1,412 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: three 12-hour night shifts. Setting: skilled nursing facility providing long-term care services.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the direction of the supervising nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor residents’ condition, document vital signs, and report changes promptly to the care team.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments and participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and support safe mobility and transfers.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour night shift schedule.
- Willingness to perform travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Demonstrated ability to follow physician orders, care plans, and documentation standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with RNs, CNAs, and other staff.
- Ability to pass required background checks and comply with travel assignment policies.
- Eligible to work in the United States and meet travel assignment requirements.
