Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a six-week travel assignment in a long-term care setting located in Malone, NY. This evening shift (5x8) opportunity offers a weekly pay range of $2,052 to $2,128 with no guaranteed hours. The position requires the LPN to provide skilled nursing care in a senior care environment, with duties that may include coverage of CNA tasks as needed. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy; monitor patient responses.
- Perform CNA duties as needed to support daily resident care, including activities of daily living and comfort measures.
- Monitor and document vital signs, changes in condition, and care outcomes; communicate findings to the supervising nurse promptly.
- Assist with care planning and participate in interdisciplinary communication to support resident well-being and safety.
- Ensure infection control practices, proper use of equipment, and safety precautions; respond to emergencies per established protocols.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New York.
- AHA BLS certification; additional relevant certifications as applicable.
- Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience.
- Ability to cover CNA duties as needed.
- Reliable transportation required; public transportation is not accessible in the area.
- Willingness to work the stated evenings schedule; travel assignment for six weeks starting 08/13/2026.
