Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, Florence, Alabama — Travel assignment starting 08/17/2026 for 9 weeks. Weekly pay range: $796–$866 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days (06:45–19:00). Work setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following physician orders and facility policies
- Administer prescribed medications, manage treatments, and monitor responses
- Perform routine and focused assessments; document and report changes in patient condition promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, ensuring resident safety and comfort
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility protocols

Requirements
- Active LPN license (in good standing)
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts; schedule includes 06:45–19:00
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-based, resident-centered care environment
- Willingness to travel to and work in the Florence, Alabama area for the duration of the assignment
