Shift: 3x12 nights | Setting: LTC – Nursing Home
Travel temporary assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. This is a real, scheduled travel opening designed to support ongoing resident care in a long-term care environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents during the night shift, including assessment and monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately in the patient record.
- Monitor resident status, vital signs, and changes in condition; report significant findings promptly to the charge nurse.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility, and personal care while maintaining safety and dignity.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust individualized care plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and facility policies; maintain accurate documentation and quality standards.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (state-specific requirements may apply)
- Ability to work night shifts (3x12) and meet guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; strong documentation habits
- Willingness to work in a long-term care setting with residents
- Prior nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred
- Ability to complete onboarding and credentialing as required by Healthforce Healthcare LLC
