Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care (Travel) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, US, starts 08/06/2026 for a 9-week assignment. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately.
- Monitor resident conditions, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising RN or physician.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care while maintaining dignity and safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely charting, including progress notes, care plans, and vitals, using appropriate documentation systems.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional care team to support individualized resident care plans and quality outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards during all aspects of care.

Requirements
- Availability to work a night-shift schedule: 19:00–07:30, on a 3x12-hour pattern
- Ability to provide care in a long-term care setting and to follow established nursing standards
- Strong communication and documentation skills for resident records and care plans
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in onboarding, credentialing, and compliance activities
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to meet location-specific onboarding requirements
