Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care on a medical campus in Hilo, Hawaii, United States. This travel, temporary assignment begins on 09/14/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. The weekly pay range is $1,825 to $1,918. There are no guaranteed hours. Shift is varied, eight-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. The position supports a long-term care unit on site within a medical campus setting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver treatments as prescribed
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses, communicating changes to the medical team
- Notify MD/NP of pertinent information and changes in patient condition
- Admit patients and discharge them, coordinating transitions of care
- Provide ADL assistance and support with care planning
- Perform specialized care tasks as assigned, including gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, and tracheostomy care

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Hawaii (or eligibility to practice in Hawaii)
- Proof of flu vaccination prior to contract start date (vaccination can be completed during employee health clearance)
- Ability to arrive the Thursday before start date to complete required employee health appointment
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated competency to perform listed duties and clinical responsibilities
