Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care in Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States. Start date 07/28/2026 for 8 weeks. Travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week, paying $916-$972 per week. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments within the scope of practice
- Monitor residents’ condition, document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident safety during night shifts
- Support wound care, routine procedures, and other tasks as assigned by licensed staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and adhere to facility policies
- Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver consistent, high-quality care during night hours

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Ability to work night shifts (3x12) and meet assignment schedule
- Local candidates preferred due to orientation requirements (Tue/Thu starts)
- Availability to commit to an 8-week assignment with guaranteed hours
- Experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting is preferred
