Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Start date 07/27/2026 for an 8-week contract. Weekly pay ranges from $909 to $968 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is nights, 3x12, 18:00–06:30, working in a long-term care nursing home setting. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN, adhering to care plans and physician orders.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately per policy.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report to the supervising RN promptly.
- Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures; support mobility and fall-prevention protocols.
- Document care delivered, update MARs and progress notes, and participate in care planning and team communication.
- Implement infection control practices and maintain a safe, respectful environment consistent with resident rights.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (valid and in good standing)
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program (diploma/degree)
- Ability to work the night shift in a long-term care setting
- Local candidates only
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
