Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 08/01/2026. Duration: 10 weeks. Weekly pay: $645-$680 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days. Setting: LTC - Nursing Home. This is a travel, temporary assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor effects in accordance with state regulations and the facility’s policies
- Conduct focused nursing assessments and document findings in the resident record
- Monitor vital signs, perform basic wound care, and support IV or other therapies as permitted within scope of practice
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to the supervising RN and other team members
- Maintain a safe, compassionate environment and uphold infection control and safety standards

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program
- Relevant experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
- Ability to work in a long-term care/nursing home environment
- Proficiency in medication administration and detailed charting/documentation
- Availability to work 3x12-hour shifts and meet guaranteed hours for the contract duration
