Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Franklin, NH. This travel assignment starts 08/01/2026 and runs for 4 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $855–$916 and guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is three 12-hour nights (19:00–07:30) in a skilled nursing facility. Local assignment with OT not guaranteed; every other weekend rotation may be required.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor residents, record vital signs, and report changes promptly
- Perform routine nursing assessments and participate in care planning with the care team
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort and advocacy for residents
- Document accurately in the charting system and communicate during shift handoffs
- Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and resident privacy and dignity

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire or eligible for NH licensure
- Ability to work 19:00–07:30 night shifts and participate in a local assignment
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Ability to follow physician orders and facility policies; comfort working with a diverse resident population
