Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care

Weekly pay: 736-765 per week
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (12.5-hour day shifts)
Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Nursing home; travel temporary assignment

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document appropriately in the patient record under the plan of care
- Perform resident assessments; monitor for changes and report findings to the supervising RN
- Observe and chart vital signs, assess for nursing concerns, and respond according to scope of practice
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide restorative care as indicated
- Participate in basic wound care, personal hygiene support, and infection-control practices
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement and update care plans

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting is preferred
- Ability to work 6:00 AM–6:30 PM shifts (12.5-hour day shifts)
- Willingness to commit to a 14-week travel assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; dedication to resident safety and quality of care
