Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care, Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. Travel - Temporary Assignment starting 07/27/2026 for 14 weeks. Earn $825–$878 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week on a 3x12 night shift (18:00–06:30). Setting: LTC – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans and physician orders.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; document administration and monitor for adverse effects.
- Conduct routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and promptly report changes to the supervising RN.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and safety while preserving dignity.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, update care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and adherence to infection control and facility policies.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (or eligibility to practice in NM).
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Ability to work night shifts and commit to a 14-week travel assignment.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and charting skills; comfortable in a fast-paced long-term care setting.
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
