Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care in Belen, NM. Start date 08/01/2026 for a 2-week travel-temporary assignment in a skilled nursing care environment. Weekly pay ranges from $763 to $785, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: night shift, 18:00–06:30. This is a local-only assignment with travel involvement limited to the immediate area.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to the care plan and MAR, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Monitor patient condition, perform routine assessments, document findings, and report changes to the supervising RN.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and safe transfers; ensure proper positioning and fall prevention.
- Implement and document the plan of care; maintain accurate records in the electronic health record system.
- Provide wound care and dressing changes as ordered; monitor for signs of infection or changes in skin integrity.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care and respond to patient needs promptly.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Graduation from an approved LPN program; current license to practice
- 1+ year of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to work the night shift (18:00–06:30); on local assignment only
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
