Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care in Gallup, New Mexico. Start date 08/01/2026. 11-week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days. Weekly pay: $835–$902. Setting: skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate basic nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition; track vital signs and respond to deviations.
- Support development and execution of individualized care plans; assist with activities of daily living.
- Perform routine assessments, wound care, and sterile/clean technique as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality resident care; maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols; promote resident dignity and comfort.

Requirements
- active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (or eligible to practice in NM)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with flexibility to adapt to the 3x12 schedule
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred
- Excellent communication and patient-care teamwork skills
- Local to the Gallup area for local-only assignment
