Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, Silver City, New Mexico, United States. Start date: 07/27/2026. Assignment duration: 14 weeks. Weekly pay: $831–$917 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour day shifts, three days per week (3x12). Setting: long-term care facility (nursing home). This travel temporary assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform routine assessments, document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN.
- Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living, wound care, and assistance with rehabilitation as needed.
- Support the care plan by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to address resident needs and goals.
- Ensure safe patient transfers, alignment with mobility plans, fall prevention strategies, and infection control practices.
- Document care accurately in the resident record and maintain privacy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico.
- Diploma or certificate from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Minimum experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour daytime shifts and meet guaranteed weekly hours.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced LTC environment.
