Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care in Tuscumbia, Alabama. This travel temporary assignment begins on 07/27/2026 and runs for 9 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $629 to $663, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is night, 12-hour shifts. The role is performed in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under physician orders, following established care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes, and report findings promptly to the care team.
- Document care activities, assessments, and outcomes in the resident’s chart in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Ensure safety, patient comfort, and infection control standards during all interactions and procedures.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Alabama (or current eligibility to obtain licensure in Alabama)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or as required by policy
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to perform night-shift duties and comply with rotation schedule (18:00–06:00) and 12-hour shifts
