Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care in Skowhegan, Maine, United States. Travel - Temporary Assignment starting 08/01/2026 for 14 contract weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with 3x12-hour night shifts. Weekly pay range $1,273–$1,285. Work setting: skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders with accuracy and safety.
- Monitor residents’ health status, perform routine assessments, record vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN.
- Deliver direct patient care, including activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Support wound care, dressings, injections, and routine nursing tasks per facility policy.
- Collaborate with licensed staff to update and implement care plans, ensuring continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Maine (or ability to obtain promptly for assignment).
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program (diploma or associate degree in practical nursing).
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and meet the guaranteed 36 hours per week.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; focus on resident safety and quality of care.
- Must be able to pass standard background checks and comply with facility policies.
