Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care is needed for a local travel assignment in Bedford, NH. Start date 08/03/2026 for 5 weeks, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and a 5x8 day shift (07:00–15:30). Work setting is a skilled nursing facility. Weekly pay ranges from $1,052 to $1,086 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents under supervision of RN or physician.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately; monitor for adverse effects.
- Perform routine assessments, document vital signs, skin checks, and wound care; update care plans as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide non-clinical support to enhance comfort and safety.
- Communicate changes in patient status to the care team; participate in care planning and quality improvement efforts.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire, in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred
- Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting; ability to pass routine background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable with charting and basic clinical procedures
