This urgent travel opening supports a 13-week assignment in a long-term care setting. A vacancy has created an immediate need for an LPN to provide direct resident care and support the care team.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the direction of a registered nurse and nurse supervisor.
- Monitor and document resident status, vital signs, and changes in condition; report significant findings promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to care plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote safety, dignity, and comfort.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (CNAs, therapists, physicians) to implement and adjust care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely charting, incident reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (in good standing)
- Availability to start August 1, 2026 for a 13-week travel assignment
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30)
- Experience or comfort working in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment is preferred
- Willingness to complete standard pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements
