Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care in Milford, New Hampshire. This travel-to-temporary assignment begins on 08/03/2026 and runs for 5 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,139 to $1,153, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is 5x8 evenings in a skilled nursing facility. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, condition changes, and responses to therapies; document findings
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility; support resident comfort and safety
- Perform wound care, skin assessments, and basic preventive skin care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; participate in care planning and shift handoffs
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record; uphold infection control and safety standards

Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work evenings and maintain 40 hours per week
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in Milford, NH area and comply with facility policies
