Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care (Travel) is available in Philadelphia, PA. Start date: 08/17/2026. Duration: 14 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Weekly pay: $1,215-$1,295. Shift: 4x10-hour days. This is a hospital-based travel assignment requiring clinical skill in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and skilled nursing tasks for adults in a hospital-related long-term care context
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor responses and document findings
- Monitor patient status, vital signs, pain, oxygenation, and safety; escalate changes per protocol
- Support mobility, activities of daily living, wound care, specimen collection, and routine procedures
- Document care in the electronic health record (EPIC preferred) and communicate with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain infection control, patient safety, and quality standards; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff

Requirements
- Active LPN license to practice in Pennsylvania or eligible for PA licensure
- Practical Nursing diploma from an accredited program
- 1+ year in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred; ortho/sports background is desirable
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to work the stated schedule (4x10-hour shifts) and participate in a travel assignment
- EPIC experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork skills
