Weekly pay: $1,361–$1,392 per week

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adult residents under supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and document medication administration according to policy
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in patient condition, and escalate concerns to the supervising nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Support dementia care plans, address behaviors, and maintain patient safety and comfort
- Document nursing assessments, care provided, and any incidents; adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements
- active New York Licensed Practical Nurse license
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of LPN experience (preferably in long-term care or hospital settings)
- Must be willing to float to other units as needed
- Ability to work in a hospital environment and follow facility policies and procedures
