Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a corrections setting under supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer prescribed medications and document accurately in the charting system
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
- Maintain infection control practices, safety standards, and patient privacy
- Complete nursing documentation and ensure regulatory and facility policy compliance

Requirements
- Active LPN license in North Carolina
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a corrections setting and adapt to a 12.5-hour shift
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred
