Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This travel, temporary assignment starts on 07/01/2026 and runs for 12 weeks. The position offers 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12-hour night shift (18:00–06:30) in a long-term care nursing home setting. Local candidates only; orientation requires Tue and Thu start dates.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans under supervision of a registered nurse
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document changes promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and hygiene
- Provide basic wound care, dressing changes, and infection control measures as directed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate care needs during shift handoffs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and ensure safety

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LPN license (current)
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (18:00–06:30) and meet orientation requirements
- Willingness to commit to a 12-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
- Experience in or ability to work in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible for a travel assignment and local orientation requirements
