Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a long-term care assignment in Belen, New Mexico. Start date is 07/01/2026 for an 8-week travel–temporary assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week across 3x12-hour daytime shifts. Local-only assignment; candidates must reside in or near the Belen area. Weekly pay ranges from $667 to $690.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting according to individualized care plans
- Monitor residents, perform routine assessments, take and document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely documentation
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility to support independence and comfort
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including RNs and other care staff, to coordinate care and communicate resident needs
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (New Mexico) or eligibility to obtain licensure for the assignment
- Ability to work 3x12-hour daytime shifts and meet guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Experience or comfort working in a long-term care environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Availability to start on 07/01/2026 and complete an 8-week assignment
