Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Keene, New Hampshire. This travel assignment starts July 1, 2026 and runs for 8 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $840 to $875 per week, with guaranteed hours of 32 per week. Shifts are nights, 5x8, 23:00–07:30, in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform routine assessments, and document findings
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility; support safety and falls prevention
- Collaborate with the RN and care team to update care plans and communicate changes
- Maintain accurate documentation in the resident’s medical record and report concerns promptly
- Respond to emergencies and provide high-quality basic nursing care within scope of practice

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (23:00–07:30) and adapt to a busy environment
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
