Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. Start date: 06/15/2026. Duration: 14 weeks. Shift: Nights, 3x12 (6:00 PM–6:30 AM). Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Weekly pay: $1,455–$1,556 per week. Setting: long-term care environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following policy and state regulations
- Monitor vital signs, observe changes in condition, and report findings to the supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility, and comfort
- Document care, medications administered, and observations accurately and timely
- Maintain safety and infection prevention protocols and respond to routine and emergency situations as trained

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (in good standing)
- Ability to work nights (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) in a long-term care setting
- Willingness to commit to a 14-week travel assignment
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass standard health screenings and background checks as required
