Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care

Weekly pay: $1,013–$1,040 per week
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts (3x12)
Setting: Skilled nursing facility

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of an LPN and facility policy for residents in long-term care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under physician orders and document accurately in the chart.
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, respond to nursing calls, and escalate concerns to the supervising RN or physician.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and routine care; support wound care and basic rehabilitative activities as directed.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation, including care plans, MARs, and incident reports, while adhering to privacy and safety standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication during handoffs between shifts.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Ability to work night shifts in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Strong documentation and communication skills; reliable and able to follow care plans and orders.
- Eligible to work in the United States and available for an 8-week assignment.
