Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care (Travel)
Travel assignment in a long-term care setting located in Washington, North Carolina. Start date: 06/13/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,364–$1,417. Shift: 5x8 days, 8-hour day shifts (typical hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within the scope of an LPN in a long-term care environment
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per policy and physician orders
- Monitor resident condition, document observations, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and support independence
- Maintain accurate charting, participate in care planning, and support interdisciplinary team rounds
- Follow safety, infection control, and resident-rights protocols; respond to emergencies as directed

Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license or compact license
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of geriatric LPN experience
- PCC experience preferred
- Weekend requirements: every other weekend
- Local candidates only; ability to work in the Washington, NC area
- Able to work in a long-term care setting and follow facility policies
