Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Washington, North Carolina. This travel temporary assignment starts June 13, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. You’ll earn $1,316 to $1,397 per week on a 5x8 day shift in a long-term care setting focused on geriatric resident care. There are no guaranteed hours for this assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and observe for adverse reactions
- Monitor residents’ conditions, vital signs, and changes in health status; report updates to the supervising clinician
- Document care provided, assessments, and interventions in the resident’s chart
- Support activities of daily living and promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Collaborate with licensed staff and the interdisciplinary team to meet individualized resident goals

Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license or compact-state LPN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ year of geriatric/LTC LPN experience
- Ability to work in a long-term care environment
- Education: successful completion of an LPN program
