Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Gallup, New Mexico, United States. This is a travel - temporary assignment starting 06/01/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $980 to $1,010, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (19:00–07:30). Work setting is a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy, under supervision of a registered nurse.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform basic assessments, record vital signs, and document in the electronic medical record.
- Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility assistance, and comfort measures.
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and routine procedures as directed by licensed staff.
- Observe for adverse changes in condition, report findings promptly to the supervising nurse, and respond to call lights and emergencies.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and support a safe, respectful resident environment.

Requirements
- Availability for an 8-week travel assignment beginning 06/01/2026.
- Must be able to work the 3x12-hour night shift schedule (19:00–07:30).
- Guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
- Experience or comfort with long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred.
- Ability to follow established policies, documentation standards, and resident safety protocols.
