Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care | Belen, New Mexico | Start 06/01/2026 | 12-week travel assignment | $766–$810 per week | 36 guaranteed hours per week | 3x12-night shifts (18:00–06:30) in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor patient response and report changes promptly
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, condition trends, and any observed concerns in the charting system
- Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, hygiene support, and assistance with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with nursing team, charge nurses, and physicians to implement and adjust care plans
- Manage safe patient handling, infection control practices, and proper documentation to ensure quality of care
- Provide resident comfort, dietary assistance, and mobility support while maintaining clinical standards

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (or eligible for endorsement/transfer)
- Willingness to work the 3x12-night shift schedule (18:00–06:30)
- Ability to perform duties in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Eligible for a travel assignment and able to commit to a 12-week contract
