Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration and reactions in the resident’s record per the plan of care
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report findings to the supervising nurse promptly
- Provide basic bedside care, including hygiene, feeding assistance, mobility support, and range-of-motion activities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity, safety, and privacy
- Follow individualized care plans and participate in interdisciplinary rounds as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment; adhere to safety and quality standards

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Local candidate to the Albuquerque area for a local assignment
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and perform 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to comply with facility policies and state regulations governing patient care
